Duty of Care

How can you guarantee Duty of Care using Tracker<<Back ?

Duty of Care involves collecting reliable information to track the who? where from? where to? what is it? what does it weigh? what is the end result? and most important of all who is responsible? This data may be required for audit purposes, tracking, taxation, billing, forward notification and planning. Using Tracker<<Back we guarantee that the data collated can be used in all of these ways. For clarification we have broken the requirement into four sections.

1) Legal responsibility.

The requirement for Waste Transfer Notes and Duty of Care dockets or consignment tickets.

Firstly you need to guarantee you have a fully authorised signature for all goods you are delivering or collecting. Using Tracker<<Back you can track and authenticate each individual consignment.

2) Instant “up to the minute” transfer and tracking of consignment data.

Using Tracker<<Back when a delivery or collection is made, all the relevant information regarding the status and detail of the consignment is transmitted to Tracker<<Back’s server, including the authorisation details and carrier. This means you can track the movement of any consignment as it happens.

3) Onward transmission and transfer of responsibility for goods or waste.

Tracker<<Back collates all the links in the chain of movement for any consignment. So if for instance you were collecting scrap tyres (some of which will be taken for bailing), others which will be taken to a plant for reprocessing into a secondary raw material, Tracker<<Back will provide authorisation and tracking for each collection and delivery point individually, together with the licenced carrier data. Thus the data will be available for the entire life cycle of any material or consignment.

4) The WTN Consignment or Duty of Care docket.

Tracker<<Back generates a Duty of Care document which can be transmitted to the authorising site instantly by email. If required, the invoice that goes with the consignment transfer can also be generated and sent simultaneously.
